- Participants will apply one or more concepts from the transtheoretical theory of behavior change in their Action Period 3 workplan.
- Using a case study approach, participants will analyze data from multiple sources to plan an effective wellness intervention.
- Participants will identify two or more ideas from the Learning Session that they incorporate into their Action Period 3 work plan.
