Communications
Whether talking to senior leaders, employees, or third-party vendors, you will need to communicate effectively about health and wellness and how it manifests within your organization. Participating in Wellness Coordinator trainings and teleconferences is a great way to find out what has (or hasn't) worked in other organizations. Your own wellness policy is also a great resource and can be the building block for a whole communications campaign: know your agency, know your wellness policy, take action! Finally, communications is only one part of the process so be sure to check out Planning & Evaluation for the big picture.
