Wellness Policies
Having clearly defined policies on work facilities, technology, time, and budget useage for health and wellness activities helps manage expectations, empowers employees, and sets the framework for ongoing support, regardless of leadership or staff turnover. The Senior Leader is also often the only individual who can implement an organization-wide wellness policy.
