Activities/Equipment: Yoga/Pilates
The Pilates Center of Olympia (PCO) opened its doors in 1998. We offer apparatus, mat, swings, and pole instruction in the method of Pilates. Our studio has been featured on KING, KONG, and KIRO TV as well as in several publications.
